THE CHALLENGE:

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is a federal agency that manages the world's largest system of public lands, the National Wildlife Refuge System. With over 550 refuges, 850,000,000 acres of protected habitat, and 8,000 species of wildlife, the National Wildlife Refuge System attracts 47,000,000 annual visitors a year. The USFWS needed our support to develop a new strategy to increase its relevancy with the American public.
